Methodologically, my work spans optimization, machine learning, data analytics, agent-based modeling.

I also serve as a reviewer for international journals and conferences in transportation, artificial intelligence, and engineering. I am a member of the Topical Advisory Panel of the journals Aerospace and Drones.

I am a recipient of the SESAR Young Scientist Award (2023) and the Aerospace Travel Award (2022).

Earlier research areas:

  • Urban air mobility traffic assignment
  • Airspace structuring and route-network design
  • Air traffic complexity modeling
  • Air traffic flow management
  • Aircraft conflict detection
  • Trajectory prediction
  • Space–air integration and safety assessment
  • Large-scale air traffic data analysis

Current research areas:

  • Air traffic flow management delay propagation analysis
